filing 
    * U.S. District Court unambiguous opinion affirming in all 
respects FDA's decision to approve Aristada for treatment of 
schizophrenia 
    * U.S. District Court unambiguous opinion also "denying 
action filed by Otsuka for declaratory and injunctive relief"
