    * Says it will sell 4.3 million shares(66.6 percent stake)
of unit
Ricoh Logistics System Co., Ltd., to SBS Holdings Inc  2384.T ,
for 18 billion yen in total
    * Says it will sell 2.2 million shares(33.4 percent stake)
of unit
Ricoh Logistics System Co., Ltd., to a holding company which
will be established by the company, for 9 billion yen in total  
    * Says it will sell 33.4 percent stake in the holding
company to
OTSUKA CORP  4768.T  after sale of the unit 
    * Effective Aug. 1
