down New York state's limits on carrying concealed handguns
outside the home, saying law violated a person's Second

rallies off session lows and recently off 0.2%

losses, and last down 1.2%

shares up 2.5%
    ** Meanwhile, a bipartisan gun safety bill poised for votes
in U.S. Senate on Thurs that supporters hope will help curb mass
