    * Says it to acquire a U.S-based firm that engaged in 
contractors of heating and cooling, other machinery and 
electrical work, as well as repair and sale of heating and 
cooling equipment, other mechanical and electrical products, 
from two individuals 
    * Says transaction price is 8,142 million yen (inclusing 
expense) 
    * Says effectivce date on April 1, 2017
