** Payments technology company says its unit iSentric won a Malaysian court judgement awarding 5.2 million RGT ($1.28 million) against Akay Holdings Sdn and Piminik Sdn
** The judgment relates to Ovanti's broader legal action on historical transactions involving its iSentric unit and former management
** The court also found former CFO of Ovanti's Malaysian operations liable for breach of duties, with damages and costs to be assessed
