Oxford, UK - 27 May 2026: OXB (LSE: OXB) (the "Company"), a global quality
and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that pursuant
to UK Listing Rules 6.4.9R, Peter Soelkner, Vice Chair and Independent
Non-Executive Director has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of
Stevanato Group S.p.A, a NASDAQ listed company with effect from 26 May 2026.
