Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified on 18 June 2026 that Dr Ian Wilcock, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 43.5 pence per Share.
As a result of the above trade, Dr Wilcock now holds 47,685 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.043% of the Company's issued share capital.
