Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) and a Person Closely Associated with them (PCA)
Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified earlier today that Mr Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chair and Interim CEO and Ms Elaine Sullivan, a Person Closely Associated (PCA) of Mr Bullard, together have purchased, in aggregate, 365,132 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 31.2 pence per Share.
As a result of these trades, Mr Bullard holds 501,220 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.45% of the Company’s issued share capital, while Ms Sullivan holds 498,780 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.45% of the Company’s issued share capital.
Following the above trades, Mr Bullard and Ms Sullivan hold together, in aggregate, 1,000,000 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.90% of the Company’s issued share capital.
