Notice of Results and Investor Event

 

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology
group, servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and manufacturing
markets, will announce its unaudited interim results for the period ended 31
March 2026 on 17 June 2026.

 

Results Presentation

 

A recording of the interim results presentation will be made available on the
Group's website shortly after 7am on 17 June 2026.

 

Investor Event

 

Oxford Metrics will host a presentation and Q&A session for institutional
investors and analysts to provide insight into the Group's refined strategy,
both at group level and across its two divisions, including its approach to
capital allocation and its three-year framework.

 

The event will be hosted by Imogen O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer, and Zoe
Fox, Chief Financial Officer, who will be joined by senior leaders from across
the Group.

 

The presentation will take place from 2:30pm-4:30pm on 17 June 2026 in London.
