    ** Local media reported Delhi High Court ordered regulatory
investigation into co's lending practices
    ** PISA in a response to exchanges said there is no order
directing any regulator to investigate co's lending practices
    ** Co said Delhi High Court has only ordered it to submit
report in four weeks over a loan default case
    ** PISA shares up 56% YTD after gaining ~20% in 2023
