to 104.9 rupees, highest since Nov 29, 2021
    ** The non-banking financial co to consider issue of bonus
shares on Jan 31
    ** Co will also consider raising funds via issue of non
convertible debentures
    ** Shares of co were trading ~10% higher before the news
    ** Stock set to rise most in a day since Dec 4
    ** Stock has been above its 50-day and 200-day simple moving
avgs for over 3 months, indicating bullish sentiment
    ** Trading vol is 3.4x the 30-day daily avg, topping 7.5 mln
for the fourth time in over a year
    ** Stock rose 19.6% in 2023, gaining for seventh straight
year
