India's Paisalo Digital surges on strong third-quarter profit

** Shares of India's Paisalo Digital  PISA.NS  up as much as
17.8% hitting a record high to 138.8 rupees 
    ** The non-banking financial co reported a more than
two-fold jump in Q3 profit to 561.1 mln rupees ($6.8 million)  
    ** Total rev from ops rose 55.4%
    ** Co also approved raising funds via issue of non
convertible debentures worth 45 bln rupees and bonus issue of
shares 
    ** Stock sees busiest day since Dec. 2020; on track for
second consecutive week of gains, if trends hold
