Total Voting Rights

 

The Board of Directors of Palace Capital announces that the Company share
capital as of 30 April 2026 comprised 20,224,775 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence
each in issue, with 700,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury (which will
shortly be cancelled). Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is
19,524,775.

The above figure of 19,524,775 should be used by shareholders (and others with
notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
