** Palantir Technologies PLTR.O shares dip 2% to $143.04 in pre-market trading on Tuesday after co lifted its annual rev forecast and beat Q1 estimates on robust demand from its U.S. government and commercial clients
** The data analytics software co raised its fiscal 2026 rev forecast to $7.65 bln-$7.66 bln from a prior $7.18 bln-$7.20 bln, and also forecast Q2 rev above Wall Street estimates
** Despite strong results, CFO David Glazer said on a call that expenses are expected to ramp up in 2026 as co invests in its product plan and technical talent
** Jefferies analysts say the key debate from here is not whether demand for co's AI platform remains strong, but whether growth can continue to accelerate off a much larger base as comparisons become tougher over the coming quarters
** Shares of PLTR have fallen about 18% YTD, underperforming the Nasdaq .IXIC which is up about 8%
