Notice of annual general meeting

 

Notice is hereby given that the 2023 annual general meeting (AGM) of Pan
African will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street,
London WC2B 5DG on Thursday, 23 November 2023 at 11:00 (all references to
time in this notice is United Kingdom time (GMT+00.00), unless otherwise
stated).

 

Shareholders are advised that the notice of AGM, including the abridged annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2023, will be distributed to
shareholders on Tuesday, 31 October 2023.

 

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Annual Report,
audited annual financial statements and notice of AGM for the year ended 30
June 2023 are available at:
