                    PAN AFRICAN SITE VISIT AND ETRP UPDATE                     

Shareholders are advised that Pan African will host a site visit to Evander
Gold Mines today, where visitors will have the opportunity to go on an
underground tour of the operations at No 8 shaft and a surface tour of the
"Evander Tailings Retreatment Plant" (ETRP). An overview of the mine and the
ETRP will be presented after the surface tour. No material new information will
be given during the site visit. A copy of the presentation will be accessible
on the Company's website www.panafricanresources.com.

Pan African is also proud to announce that the first gold at the ETRP was
produced in January 2015 after the commencement of re-treating slimes from the
Kinross tailings dam. The ETRP is expected to reach a steady state of
production of between 180,000 to 200,000 tonnes per month by June 2015.
