NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF AIM RULES

Thabo Mosololi, a non-executive director of Pan African, has informed the
Company that Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium Limited, a company of which Mr
Mosololi is also a director, has commenced voluntary business rescue
proceedings in terms of section 129 of the South African Companies Act 2008.
This notification is made in accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for
Companies.
