** Shares of Pantera Minerals Ltd  PFE.AX  rise as much as
18.4% to A$0.058, their highest level since Dec. 20
    ** Mineral explorer enters agreement to acquire Daytona
Lithium which holds Superbird project in the U.S.
    ** Says the acquisition will expand co's land holdings at
the project by nearly 17% 
    ** Co sees biggest intraday jump since Dec. 14
    ** Stock declined 52.7% in 2023
