Change of auditor

Panther Metals plc (LSE: PALM), the exploration company focused on mineral
projects in Canada announces that the Panther Metals board of directors
("Board") has approved the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as the
Company's external auditors for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
Given PKF are registered with the Canadian Public Accountability Board, the
Board has approved their appointment as the most suitable candidate given the
Company's current plans for a dual listing in North America.

PKF's appointment as external auditor will be subject to approval by the
Company's shareholders at the Company's 2026 annual general meeting. The
Company's existing auditors, Keelings Limited, will cease to hold office with
immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Keelings Limited for their service and support
over the years.
