Retirement of Non-Executive Directors

 

Panther Securities PLC announces that two of the Company's Non-Executive
Directors, Peter Kellner and Bryan Galan, have given notice of their
retirement and stepping down from the Board following the conclusion of the
Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting which will be held on 17 June 2026.
 Bryan and Peter have been Non-Executive Directors of the Company since 1994.

 

The Board would like to thank both Peter and Bryan for their many years of
service to Panther and wish them well on their future endeavours.

 

Jonathan Rhodes and Paul Saunders will continue in their roles as
Non-Executive Directors.

 

Andrew Perloff, Chairman of Panther Securities PLC, said:
