Panthera Resources Plc (AIM: PAT), the diversified gold exploration and
development company with assets in West Africa and India, is pleased to
announce that it has posted to shareholders a formal notice of its Annual
General Meeting ("AGM"), explanatory circular (the "Circular") and form of
proxy. The AGM is to be held at the offices of Druces LLP, Salisbury House,
London Wall, London EC2M 5PS, United Kingdom at 10:00 a.m. BST on 29 November
