Gold exploration and development company Panthera Resources Plc (AIM: PAT),
with assets in West Africa and India, is pleased to announce that it has
posted to shareholders a formal notice of General Meeting ("GM"), explanatory
circular (the "Circular") and form of proxy. The GM is to be held at the
offices of Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, London EC2M 5PS at 11.00
a.m. GMT on 28 June 2023.  Copies of the Circular will also be available on
