** Shares of mineral exploration co Parabellum Resources
 PBL.AX  rise as much as 40% to a record high of A$0.28 
    ** Parabellum enters agreement with Temarise Ltd (UK) to
acquire 80% of Khotgor mine, a rare-earths mineral project in

    ** Co to fund A$3.9 mln programme to demonstrate the
economic viability of the project
        ** More than 1.2 mln shares change hands, compared with
the 30-day average volume of about 56,000 shares
