Appointment of Senior Independent Director 
Hugo Tudor, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 23 July 2020.  Hugo, who joined the Board in 2014, is also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Risk & Compliance and Audit Committees.
