Board change
John Heron, Managing Director, Mortgages and Executive Director of Paragon Banking Group PLC ("Paragon"/the "Company") has confirmed that he will retire from Paragon on 6 January 2020.  Consequently, he will cease to be a director of the Company and its regulated subsidiary Paragon Bank PLC on that date.
 
Fiona Clutterbuck, Chair of the Board, said: "The Board and the group wish John a very happy and well deserved retirement.  He will be greatly missed by all at Paragon having been our longest serving employee as well as being a member of the Board since 2003."
 
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
