Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 28 March 2025 the
following transactions in the Company's Ordinary Shares were undertaken by
Richard Woodman, a director/person discharging managerial responsibility
("PDMR") and Susan Woodman, a person closely associated ("PCA").

The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.  Following
these transactions, Richard Woodman retains a beneficial interest in 487,813
Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company.
