Following its announcement on 7 February 2019 Paragon Banking Group PLC confirms that Fiona Clutterbuck, Chairman, was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Sampo PLC ("Sampo") a Finnish listed financial services company at Sampo's Annual General Meeting held on 9 April 2019.  This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14(R).
