Management of share buyback programme

 

On 6 December 2023, Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announced a
share buyback programme of up to £50m (the "buyback programme").

 

In advance of the publication of its half-year results on 5 June 2024, the
Company's closed period will commence on 1 April 2024. The Company has today
lodged an irrevocable non-discretionary instruction to UBS AG London Branch
("UBS"), to commence immediately and to continue to operate the buyback
programme during the closed period.

 

Any acquisitions will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in
accordance with both the Company's general authority to repurchase shares and
in compliance with Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as it forms part of UK
law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as
amended)) and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules. The Company confirms that it
currently has no unpublished price sensitive information.
