The Company announces that Alan Fletcher, a director and PDMR of the Company, has today sold a total of 65,000 ordinary shares of 1.00 each in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC. Mr Fletcher sold 30,000 shares at 4.331 per share and 35,000 shares at 4.3332 per share.
Following the sale of these shares, Mr Fletcher holds 60,000 ordinary shares of 1.00 each in the Company.
