Grant of Options under The Paragon UK Sharesave Plan 2009
(the "Sharesave Plan")
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R (1)(a), the Company announces that the Executive Directors detailed in the table below have today been granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of 1.00 each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of 3.4568 per share.
The Sharesave Plan is a tax advantaged share option plan available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions.
