Notification of Share and Sterling Notes Transactions by Director
The Company announces that Hugo Tudor, a director and PDMR of the Company, has today sold 250,000 of the Company's Sterling Denominated 6% Notes due 2020 (the "Notes") at 0.9601 per Note. Mr Tudor now holds an investment of 750,000 in the Notes. 
Mr Tudor has also bought today 75,000 ordinary shares of 1.00 each in the Company at 3.0550 per share. Following the purchase of these shares, Mr Tudor holds a total of 460,000 ordinary shares of 1.00 each in the Company.
