Grant of Options under The Paragon UK Sharesave Plan 2009
(the "Sharesave Plan")
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R (1)(a), the Company announces that the Directors ("PDMRs") detailed in the table below have today been granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of 1.00 each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of 2.4944 per share.
The Sharesave Plan is a tax advantaged share option plan available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions.

The above named PDMRs have today cancelled their participation in the 2015 Sharesave Plan in order to enter this year's scheme and accordingly the options granted to the PDMRs under the previous scheme have lapsed. 
The Company was informed of the above transactions on 20 June 2016.
