Sept 13 (Reuters) - u.s. Appeals court affirms patent board
rulings in lawsuit between parkervision and qualcomm over patent
for converting cellphone signals to high-frequency from
low-frequency -- court decision
Parkervision had been appealing from u.s. Patent trial and
appeal board decisions that some claims of its patent were
unpatentable because they were "obvious"
Qualcomm had been appealing from board's finding that it failed
to show it was more likely than not that other claims of the
patent were unpatentable
