** Shares of Patriot Lithium  PAT.AX  rise as much as 1.3%
to A$0.078, their highest since March 6
    ** The lithium explorer says approval received from the
Ontario Ministry of Mines for co's maiden drilling programme at
its Gorman project in Ontario, Canada 
    ** Stock rises for a second consecutive session
    ** More than 565,000 shares change hands, 4.1x the 30-day
avg volume
    ** Stock down ~57%, as of last close
