** Shares of Patriot Lithium Ltd  PAT.AX  rise as much as
9.2% to A$0.355, set for best day since Feb 14, if gains hold
    ** The lithium miner says sampling shows that Dove pegmatite
target has almost tripled in size at its Wickenburg Project in
Arizona, United States
    ** Co says it has identified spodumene mineralisation at
Dove, indicating potential presence of a lithium deposit
    ** Stock up 22.6% this year, as of last close
