** Auto parts maker signs memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the government of Uttar Pradesh state to invest 2.5 billion rupees ($28.04 million) in next 3-5 years in a project that will employ 500 people

** Govt to facilitate establishment of project by helping secure approvals, registrations and availing of incentives

** YTD, shares of co down ~36%
