2022 Interim Dividend Payment Date

 

Pearson plc ("Pearson") notes that the intended date of payment of its 2022
interim dividend (Monday, 19th September 2022) has been declared a bank
holiday in the United Kingdom in connection with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth
II's State Funeral. Accordingly, the interim dividend of 6.6p per share will
now be paid on Tuesday, 20th September 2022.
