Notice of withdrawal from OTCQX

The Pebble Group, a leading provider of digital commerce, products and related
services to the global promotional products industry, today announces that it
has given notice to withdraw from trading on the OTCQX Best Market in the
United States ("OTCQX"). It is expected that the Group's ordinary shares
("Ordinary Shares") will cease to trade on the OTCQX with effect from 22
October 2024.

The Group's Ordinary Shares began trading on OTCQX on 20 April 2023, but there
has been limited trading since that date.

There is no change to the admission or trading of the Company's Ordinary
Shares on AIM.
