for the broadcast and streaming markets, announces that its Annual Report
& Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report") and its
Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 ("AGM") are available on the Company's

the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM, where requested, have been posted to
shareholders.

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at
