** Software company Pegasystems' PEGA.O shares fall 4.6% to $34.6 in extended trading
** PEGA posts third-quarter net income of $14.1 mln, or 8 cents per share, compared with $43.4 mln, or 24 cents per share, a year earlier
** Five of 13 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, eight "hold"; their median PT is $43, according to data compiled by LSEG
** As of last close, PEGA down 39.2% YTD
