** Shares of reinsurer Fidelis Insurance  FIHL.N  fall 7.6%
to $13.29
    ** Co reports Q3 profit of 74 cents/shr vs analyst
expectation of 80 cents/shr - LSEG data
    ** Q3 net premiums written fall ~36.8% to $312.6 mln,
compared to $494.5 mln a year ago
    ** Brokerage Jefferies says growth in net premium written
came under pressure due to higher cession rates across all
segments
    ** Including session's move, stock down 5% since debut
