Pensana Plc (LSE: PRE) advises that on 20 July 2023 and 24 July 2023, Paul
Atherley purchased 100,000 and 200,000 Pensana ordinary shares at a price of
£0.245 and £0.239 respectively. Accordingly, Paul Atherley now holds a total
of 13,981,535 ordinary shares in Pensana, representing 4.90% of the Company's
issued share capital.
