** Water solutions firm Pentair Plc's shares  PNR.N  up 3%
at $53.74 premarket on Q1 earnings beat
    ** Co reports Q1 adj. EPS of 91 cents/shr vs est. of 77
cents/shr - Refinitiv Data
    ** PNR also improves FY23 adj. earnings outlook to a range
of $3.6/shr to $3.7/shr vs previously estimated range of
$3.5/shr to $3.7/shr 
    ** CEO John L. Stauch says co continues to operate in a
challenging macroeconomic environment, but has confidence in the
diversification of its portfolio
    ** Up to last close, stock had risen 16.54% YTD
