** Water technology firm sees Q4 adj EPS of ~$1.15 vs est $1.22, per LSEG data 
** Sees FY26 sales down ~3% on reported basis 
** Q3 rev fell 4.5% y/y to $976 mln, after Q2 decline on weak housing demand and pool channel destocking in the US 
** Pool sales fall 18% as PNR completes channel inventory realignment; core sales also down 18% 
** As of last close, stock has fallen ~47% YTD
