1.99% to $51.71 in premarket trade 
    ** Co, which provides water treatment technology, posts
better-than-expected quarterly profit and revenue on strong
demand for freshwater tech 
    ** Sees 2023 adj profit between $3.50 & $3.70/shr, against
avg. analyst est. of $3.59/shr - Refinitiv data
    **  Co reports adj profit of 82 cents/shr, compared to
analysts' average estimate of 79 cents/shr
    ** Co's Q4 net sales rise 1.4% to $1 bln, ahead of analysts'
expectations of $989.6 mln
    ** PNR lost nearly 38% in 2022
