    * Says co completed the transfer of co's proprietary Peptide
Discovery Platform System (PDPS) technology to Shionogi & Co Ltd
 4507.T  
    * Under the terms of the nonexclusive license agreement
entered
into by the co and Shionogi in June 2017, co will receive an
undisclosed milestone payment and is eligible to receive
additional technology access payments, in addition to payments
based on achievement of certain predetermined development
milestones for any constrained peptides and/or small molecules
discovered from use of the PDPS technology
    * In addition, co is eligible to receive royalties on sales
of
certain products that arise from use of the PDPS technology
