OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE END OF THE OFFER PERIOD CONFIRMING WHETHER IT HAS TAKEN,

Rule 19.6(c) confirmation with respect to stated post-offer intentions for
IMMUNODIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS HOLDINGS PLC
PerkinElmer (UK) Holdings Limited ("PerkinElmer UK") announces that, further
to the completion of the recommended cash offer by PerkinElmer, Inc and
PerkinElmer UK (together, "PerkinElmer") for the entire issued and to be
issued share capital of Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("Acquisition")
which was implemented by a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under Part
26 of the Companies Act 2006 and became effective on 12 July 2021, PerkinElmer
UK has duly confirmed in writing to the Takeover Panel in accordance with the
requirements of Rule 19.6(c) of the Code that PerkinElmer has complied with
the post-offer intention statements made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c)(viii) and
24.2 of the Code, as originally detailed in its announcement of 17 May 2021
and the scheme document published on 3 June 2021.
