** Shares of Australia's Perenti Ltd  PRN.AX  jump as much
as 10% to A$0.935, set for their biggest daily rise since May 1
    ** The miner posts record revenue of A$1.6 billion ($1.04
billion), record underlying EBITDA of A$312.4 million
    ** FY Statutory NPAT(A) A$69.8 million, up from A$44.0
million in 1H23
    ** Declares a fully-franked interim dividend of 2.0 AU cents
per share
    ** Expects to buyback to recommence subject to share price
performance
    ** Stock down 18.3% this year as of last close
