    - Perpetual  PPT.AX  has agreed to sell its corporate trust
and wealth management businesses to buyout firm KKR  KKR.N  in a
deal worth around 2.18 billion Australian dollars (US$1.44
billion).
    
    -TikTok filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday challenging the
constitutionality of a new law that requires a sale or ban of
the popular social-media app. 
    
    - The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration wants
Tesla  TSLA.O  to send more information regarding its Autopilot
system tied to a December recall of more than two million
vehicles, after crashes kept occurring after the recall.
    
    - Tesla's  TSLA.O  former China head, Tom Zhu, who had
skyrocketed through the ranks as a turnaround guru, is getting
deployed from the company's Texas headquarters back to China. 
        
  
        - U.S.-Israeli startup Wiz said it raised $1 billion in
a deal valuing the fast growing cloud security startup at $12
billion. 
   
    - Uber Technologies  UBER.N  and Instacart  CART.O  have
struck a partnership that will allow customers to order Uber
