Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ("ANZBGL") GBP 1,000,000,000
Series 2023-3 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due December 2026 issued under
US$30,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme established by ANZBGL (as
Issuer) and irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of
principal and interest by Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited as trustee of the
ANZ Residential Covered Bond Trust.
